Facility and staff are excellent.
It offers many group exercise classes, many of which can be done virtually.. the Y is close to our home. I like the Hydro classes.. my husband enjoys basketball in the gym with his peers and often with our grandchildren.; The front desk staff is helpful and friendly.
The lockers in the women’s locker room, however, are in really rough shape and need repairs or replacement.

There is only one thing I don’t like. The men’s steam room and floors between locker room and pool needs to be cleaned. Power washed bi weekly
I like the welcoming staff at the membership desk when I arrive to the facility. They are always so friendly and call me by my first name.
The membership area and the front room is always clean and neat. There is plenty of coffee provided by staff in the morning to enjoy. Tables are available for Active Older Adults to sit together and enjoy each others company after a good workout in the morning, enjoying our delicious coffee. I feel the Y at Hal Welsh is a great place to make friends and socialise. I look forward to seeing my friends on a daily basis.
The staff and members are exceedingly friendly and helpful! The classes are very professional and fun to participate in!

It's nice professional and helpful
I like the range of equipment and facilities at the Y, although I'd like a larger pool with more lanes. In addition, the staff is helpful and friendly so it's enjoyable to be a member.

Close to my house, great staff, helpful and friendly, addition of the E/gym....shows effort to stay current with new technologies, a place where all are welcome. A lot of diversity and everyone respecting each pther. A welcome escape from the divisions in the country.
