I have been recommending the Ymca to anyone who wants to here how good I am at my age of 70 years. I especially tell them about the pool, the hot tub, steam room and exercise classes. The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I've never felt better thank you and God bless!
There's always a variety of things going on and the facility is usually bustling with activity. The weight rooms and elliptical areas offer a variety of equipment.

I love meeting, greeting and sharing with other members. Another treat is see former colleagues and old friends. It’s a joy staying active and healthy at the Y. Some of my very favorites are :
Tia Chi , Swimming, Pickle Ball and walking club.
The clean, friendly, healthy and safe environment is a big plus too.

Convenient class times
I love the water classes and pools. Have not used other options recently.
Friendly and not over crowded.
I thoroughly enjoyed the art (acrylic painting) class Saturday. I believe the instructor's name is Rachel. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. This was one of several that I have attended. During the winter months, I enjoy my swim sessions in the pool.

The staff is welcoming and the classes are great.
I like the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the building, the number of options there are for fitness, and how organized everything is.
They are accepting of everyone. Good classes, pool, helpful staff at desk to answer questions.
I like how the teachers of the group exercise classes are always welcoming to new people, and especially to people who only come to their classes infrequently. Great job!
