The staff is helpful and simply hearing hello when I arrive and goodbye when I leave lifts my day
On the flip side is overall maintenance should be improved. Have someone with a fresh set of eyes take a look around to spot opportunities. There are a lot of small items which, when addressed, will result in a big improvement.

The friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere, the cleanliness. It is never so full that you can’t do your workout at the cardio/weights room. The hours.

I have been a member since 9/23, I go 4-6X per week and have never had an issue with getting on a cardio machine or finding nautilus machines. Would rather the wash cloths than the paper, but I bring my own clothe so a minor issue.
