Not only is the facility new looking & well kept but the staff are always greeting members with a smile & kindly answer any questions I have.
Very family friendly! I wish the track had a time of day that young children could use it without needing a stroller. My 2 year old daughter loves to run, and the fields aren't always available.

The people behind the desks are very friendly as well as the instructors. The instructors of the classes that I go to are all excellent. The facility is very clean. It's a very pleasant place to go to exercise!

This facility is nice and bright and as a swimmer I love the pool. if there is anything that could be improved it would be the maintenance of the men's locker room. There is still some blackish build up in the shower stalls, although the cleaning got a lot better after the last survey like this.

Good hours, cleanest family fitness center I have ever been to, and I have been a member of many from Rome, NY to Poughkeepsie NY, with others in-between. Everything I could ever want or need for my workout needs. Plenty of equipment and I never feel I have to wait to get on anything. Super staff from those at reception desk, always welcoming with a smile, to those who clean the facility. Best place I have ever been a member and both my wife and I have been extremely happy since the Northwest facility opened. You guys are simply the best ever!!

Love it. So much fun. The comraderie has been really nice while working out. Also there are so many programs for the kids as well as adults. A very nice way to spend time either wit friends, family, or strangers you just meet.
