The classes
Wide variety of activities, well-equipped and clean exercise areas, love the pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice to be able to have lunch in the lobby after workout. I come to the Y as a community habilitation mentor for a young man with autism. He enjoys the treadmill, walking the track, shooting hoops and swimming. I'm glad to see how this facility accommodates and serves lots of people with special needs. Well done!

Variety of classes for seniors. Have taken the arthritis class and walking class and now doing chair yoga and active movers plus. Also use the pool on my own as well as track in bad weather
The desk staff was wonderful, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, ad the pool was warm. What more could one ask for?
