Atmosphere
This particular location offers so much to members. The staff is incredibly helpful. The people in general who use the facilities are friendly. There does seem to be less family pool and open therapy pool time than in pre-covid years, but perhaps that's due to a life guard shortage. The one thing I wish that this location would change is the option to pay for a guest to join us. For example, when my father in law was visiting from out of state, we would've enjoyed bringing him for some swim time. I don't understand why there can't be a limited number of guest passes available that could be purchased in advance.

I enjoy the weight room & pool. I do have issues with people on their cell phones while they are sitting on the equipment, otherwise I enjoy my workouts. The people at the desk are very nice & friendly.

It's open longer hours than the Y on Wetzel Road. Both Ys need to be open to 9pm on weeknights.

From the friendly staff out front to the cleanliness of the facilities it is a top-notch community gym facility. i
Open, airy and clean. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The pools and exercise equipment are well maintained. The cleaning staff is first rate. If you go, do your part to keep such a nice facility top notch, we're lucky to have it!
Would like it to open past 8 pm. Annoying to close so early. Also more pool hours for kids.
