When I saw the subject of the email - Terminix of Conway Review Request”, I thought it would be some type of survey for information.
Which I was looking forward to. Especially since I just had service performed and with a new Technician, Brendan Housand.
After the service was performed I asked Brendan to schedule my next visit. I was surprised when he indicated my next service would be three months out. I asked why, he indicated that I was set up for quarterly service. Not sure who made that decision, I know it wasn’t me, I would like to know who made that change.
We have always had a monthly service call of some kind, whether, it was inside, outside, mosquito or fire ant.
I asked Brendan if he could be the technician to service my account going forward. He told me he work another area. Just as an FYI, My neighbors, Linda and Peter Ruff at 8203 Timber Ridge Road, Murry and Janis Chesson of 8202 Timber Ridge Road and Sharon and Ricky Wall of 8200 Timber Ridge Road and of course my self of 8201 Timber Ridge Road all have Terminix for one reason or another. We would really like Brendan to be our technician. Three of us have been with Terminix for many years. I am also aware that there are other residents in the community on both of our streets, Timber Ridge Road and Forest Lake Drive that have Terminix for their service. I not speaking for other neighbors in the community but one would think it would be more cost effective for a technician to service four homes on the same day than having the technician return to the community on different days and times.
Brendan spent some quality time on the property familiarizing himself with my home. More so than other Terminix technicians. He went into the crawl space for a check on things. While he was there he took a video of the area and showed it to me when he same out of the crawl space. Everything looked great and he made a suggestion that I contact someone to check on the insulation, some of it was falling down from the spaces it was place. FYI, No Terminix Technician has done that before.
