For the most part you all do great service. There was one time that a tec was here and was in and out of my house in 5 minutes. I saw several bugs including small roaches. I have never had a problem with roaches up to that point. I called and filed a complaint, and another tech came out and redid my house. She was in here for a good half hour spraying in all nooks and crannies. After she got done, I have not seen any bugs of any type in my house. I am not one that likes to complain but when I pay for a service, I expect good results. With that said I hope to keep using your service and I hope I get the results that I am paying for. That being a bug free house. Have a blessed day.
