Mr. Stafford is one of the most professional and knowledgeable gentleman that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Mr. Stafford was both punctual and a pleasure to work with. The cost of the company offered services are all very closely priced. To me, the representative makes the difference. All of the companies who provided a bid employed excellent representatives. However, I made my decision based upon Mr. Stafford.

This is the first time in a few years that we were totally pleased with Brenden and the services he performed on the annual inspection. For a couple of years we were very unhappy but had no choice to pay the yearly fee. It didn't seem like there was any inspection at all, maybe a few of the traps were checked but not all. So we are pleased this time.
