If I have a question and call the office, whoever answers the phone is always friendly and happy to help...never makes me feel anything but truly cared for. For the most part you all do great service. There was one time that a tec was here and was in and out of my house in 5 minutes. I saw several bugs including small roaches. I have never had a problem with roaches up to that point. I called and filed a complaint, and another tech came out and redid my house. She was in here for a good half hour spraying in all nooks and crannies. After she got done, I have not seen any bugs of any type in my house. I am not one that likes to complain but when I pay for a service, I expect good results. With that said I hope to keep using your service and I hope I get the results that I am paying for. That being a bug free house. Have a blessed day.
