I've been told that i have to have my basement encapsulated due to moisture, 20+% its going to cost $11,000. Ive been told thats costing way too much, but I'm hoping that Terminex will do a good job, and that I'm not being taken to the cleaners. We'll see how it looks when finished. Is this a good or bad deal?

Customer service is excellent. Each time I call the Terminex office, the receptionist is able to answer my questions and/or schedule appointments easily. My service provider arrives on time, is able to answer my questions, and lets me know what he's found at the end of the appointment. I'm glad I've chosen Terminex to help me maintain my home.
