I have a roach issue that you are in the process of solving. With my call for service, John, the tech, was able to come to my home very quickly and treat as appropriate. John is pleasant and provides good information. I am confident that the roach issue will end.
Their response was quick. John has explained every detail about the things he was doing and why. This was a very difficult situation, and they have worked to resolve it. At this point it looks like they have got a handle on it.
After talking with other pest control services, theirs was the most cost effective. Other services wanted money up front before even looking at the job.
