We consider him a friend and truly appreciate all of his insight and attention to detail when he visits us. He always goes the extra mile to explain what he is doing and if we are having a pest problem, he thoroughly educates us on what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. We certainly feel like we are in good hands with Terminix.

I also appreciate service continuity - meaning that having a measure of continuity with who services my home, rather than a new or different person each time. I know that retaining quality employees takes work. It requires selecting well for their ability to listen to clients' concerns and needs, then treating and compensating them fairly so they feel compelled to stay. Businesses that focus on that reap the rewards of having satisfied customers who then do more business with you, and recommend you to others.

Your service tech Randy Polk is terrific! He is available on very short notice between regular quarterly service calls if I am having pest problems. He makes recommendations and always explains what treatments he will be applying and why. And he is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I have used several pest control companies and technicians in the last 30+ years in Charlotte and Randy is hands down the best!
They are always prompt, professional and trustful in explaining any issues.
