I was seeing Palmetto bugs occasionally he found where they were coming in @ my fireplace, also I have recently seen a few carpenter ants he treated the outside with bait and pointed out there is a new construction home being built next door.... He also checked underneath my home.
He is very knowledgeable, polite trustworthy and friendly he has only been at my home a couple of times, and I feel as if I have known him for years.
