Your service tech Randy Polk is terrific! He is available on very short notice between regular quarterly service calls if I am having pest problems. He makes recommendations and always explains what treatments he will be applying and why. And he is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I have used several pest control companies and technicians in the last 30+ years in Charlotte and Randy is hands down the best!
