The personal relationship that we have had with our Terminix representative Jalen has been amazing over the years. We consider him a friend and truly appreciate all of his insight and attention to detail when he visits us. He always goes the extra mile to explain what he is doing and if we are having a pest problem, he thoroughly educates us on what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. We certainly feel like we are in good hands with Terminix.

Robert Rebholz has been our technician for the past couple of visits and he exemplifies what I'm referring to. I appreciate Robert.
I also appreciate service continuity - meaning that having a measure of continuity with who services my home, rather than a new or different person each time. I know that retaining quality employees takes work. It requires selecting well for their ability to listen to clients' concerns and needs, then treating and compensating them fairly so they feel compelled to stay. Businesses that focus on that reap the rewards of having satisfied customers who then do more business with you, and recommend you to others.

The technician, Steven, went above and beyond expectations and has been the first one to reassure me that Terminix was eager to help with pest control no matter if he had to come out again. In the past a technician, from a couple of years ago, used to tell me to not have anyone come back after pest control was done, because he said he would not be paid for it? Finally, I feel so much better about my pest control service being repeated if need be.
