We have had a number of techs service our property and consistently, Terminix provides excellent service. With that said, I would like to honorably mention Robert Rebbolz (Charlotte/Mathews office). He is new to our account and is very personable and professional in his attention to detail. I appreciate having Robert on our account.

I have been a customer for many years! I have always had good service with Terminix.

The technician, Steven, went above and beyond expectations and has been the first one to reassure me that Terminix was eager to help with pest control no matter if he had to come out again. In the past a technician, from a couple of years ago, used to tell me to not have anyone come back after pest control was done, because he said he would not be paid for it? Finally, I feel so much better about my pest control service being repeated if need be.
