that young man Dionta Sanders called me on my house phone and asked if he could come out early due to a cancelation in his day. It had been raining and frankly I was getting disappointed in your services because the last two times you guys came out to service me the guy left without even looking around. Then like I said Dionta Sanders called and I told him give it a try. He showed up and explained that other fellow didn't work for you any more. He then appologized for his coworker and explained to me in detail what he was going to do for me today. He said to me that he would check inside the house, check under the house in the crawl space and spray the outside windows, front porch, under the roof eves. it took him about an hour to do all this.
So I am very very happy with Dionta Sanders service and I give him 10 out of 10 on the scale, I would recommend him any day of the week for being courteous, prompt, and professional looking. I don't know what more to say except thank you for hiring this young man.

Your employee never offered to let me sign the paperwork after he completed his service. I asked him where the paperwork was! He asked if I wanted to sign it???DUH??? YES, by all means…,this was a different employee of yours than I’ve ever had which was not as friendly as the other one that I’ve always had!
I think I would love for the other employee to come back to complete my service from now on!
