The office staff provide efficient and accurate reports and answers to my questions. They are also friendly. Often times, I can call in a request for refill of gas at my home; off the normal delivery schedule, and the gas truck will arrive if not that same day, when in a few days. The drivers are also friendly, accurate and responsive to my questions. Keep up the good work!
Our tank is filled on a regular basis. (no need to make phone calls when the tank is low)
The drivers are courteous and friendly. They stay on the driveway and do not drive on the grass.
Service and price
Value of the product. The only issue I have is the lack of personnel to deliver product in a timely manner. Therefore I keep it in mind and order in advance of need. The service technician that delivered fuel the other day was professional and polite. I’ve found the local store front to be open with a skeletal work week and driver not locally available everyday. I expected that situation and ordered a week or more in advance.

Everything! We purchased a home with gas heat and fireplace a few years ago and began our first experience of operating a gas home. We first established service with another local company. We frequently had questions about our deliveries and the rate at which we seemed to be going through propane but we’re willing to chalk them up to being new to having a gas home. By the third winter I had grown tired of the run around I got every time I questioned anything and decided it was time to find other options. Southern Propane was such a different and wonderful experience from the first conversation. All of our questions have been answered and we were guided through our transition process. Our rate of consumption has never caught us by surprises and reaffirmed that our suspicions that things weren’t quite right with the first company were likely justified. I only wish we had made the change sooner.
