The office staff is always courteous and works with you to make sure everything is understood when a delivery will have a couple of instructions to get to the tanks. The delivery drivers are personable and respect your property. And they laugh at my jokes.

Service has improved
I started with Southern Propane in 2018 ( I think).
They have always tried to do their best, I waited weeks for delivery at times..
This last delivery was perfect.
I received summer pricing, delivery was just a few days and the driver put the driveway cable up as it was down for the delivery .

My only complaint is I would prefer that the drivers would not drive their trucks across our lawn as it breaks the sprinkler heads. I know their hoses will reach as I've seen them pull them to the tank before. ty

Friendly office staff. Quick propane delivery

I was about to try to find another source for propane because I would call to order some and would run out and it would be as long as two weeks before I got a fill up. I had to use an electric space heater in the meantime and move it from room to room to keep warm. Before y'all merged when it got down to 20# I would call and would get a delivery in a couple of days. I never ran out. Eventually I was told I need to call when half empty. Then I caught the delivery guy and asked him to give me a clue to which he said let's get you a sensor to let the company know when you need gas. I have not had a problem since and am grateful to know that at 81 years old I don't have to keep going out to check the gauge. He is the reason I'm giving a high score because he's the one who fixed the problem and I am so blessed to have had a chat with him. No one else had ever told me I could have a way to let y'all know I needed a fill up. I wish I could remember his name to thank him personally.
