What do you like about our products and services?

I am okay with the service I received, but when I call an Orangeburg SC number to get propane delivered, I don't expect to end up talking with a representative from NC. That is not great customer service. I also had to wait over 30 minutes to finally talk to said NC representative. Might want to work on that part of your customer service.

What do you like about our products and services?

I'm familiar with this company because of a friend's recommendation. It took me a while to get the services but then we moved along. Rather quickly. The person who came out was very professional. He explained each step and showed me the app on my phone and how to. Use it .

The business itself. Not along waiting time own my deliver when I place my order.
One thing I thought that the companywere doingwas whenever there's a truck out in the area that would check the customers tank ses if they needed any propane filled those tanks up. But Im satifiedwith their setvices.
