After a misunderstanding on my part on another matter and talking to Southern Propane I have learned how easy it is to work with this organization. Since my misunderstanding I have had this company out to my home to clean my ventless gas fire place and the technician treated my home like it was his own. He removed his shoes so as not to track any dirt inside from the very rainy day, he took out and cleaned every log, he cleaned two years of dust from the gas ventless fireplace and pilot light. He also vacuumed and cleaned all the outside areas of the fireplace as well. By the time the technician was done it was like I had a brand spanking new gas ventless fireplace the day I moved into the home. Thanks!
