Everything! We purchased a home with gas heat and fireplace a few years ago and began our first experience of operating a gas home. We first established service with another local company. We frequently had questions about our deliveries and the rate at which we seemed to be going through propane but we’re willing to chalk them up to being new to having a gas home. By the third winter I had grown tired of the run around I got every time I questioned anything and decided it was time to find other options. Southern Propane was such a different and wonderful experience from the first conversation. All of our questions have been answered and we were guided through our transition process. Our rate of consumption has never caught us by surprises and reaffirmed that our suspicions that things weren’t quite right with the first company were likely justified. I only wish we had made the change sooner.

I like how consistently responsive SPS has been over the many, many years that I have been a customer. For sure, there's a lot to be said for low prices and I wish gas prices were lower but there's even more to be said for great service, and I appreciate SPS for that, for many years!
