I called the store looking to get some parts for my super73 ebike. I talked to a gentleman named Warren who was so knowledgeable and helpful. He contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and got the part I needed shipped to his store in record time. He was great keeping me informed on the status of my order. Merrick Bicycles is the place to both purchase and service your bicycle. The staff, technicians and owner are super knowledgeable, friendly and everyone there is a cycling enthusiast. They have a large selection of bicycles and gear and they can custom order if needed. I cannot say enough great things about Merrick Bicycles!
