bought a beautiful Fuji bike from them about 3-4 years ago, they took the time to put me on the proper size bike. that made a world of difference! I've had regular tuneup / service done there - they don't try to oversell you. most recent visit was for a brake lever that I broke when bike fell. they got me back up & running with new part same day. professional & friendly service!
These guys are super knowledgeable and kind! They helped me fix my jogging stroller tire & guided me in picking out a new bike for my husband and a first ever bike for my toddler!

There are three areas that separates Merrick Bike Shop from their competition. Customer service, product knowledge, and pricing. I have purchased 2 bikes, accessories and have 2 additional bikes tuned up. Each time I am there, I am impressed as if it wa sky first time.
