Without question, this is the best bike shop on Long Island. Every member of the team has top notch customer service skills. My sons bicycle was vandalized. I brought it to Merrick bike shop and it was repaired the same day.. good clean shop. Fair prices. I won't go anywhere else for my bicycle needs.

I purchased a Cannondale Adventure 2 from Merrick Bicycles from salesman Art. I came in looking to get a Trek Verve but fell in love with my bike instead. Art was very kind, attentive and provided me with all the bells and whistles for my new whip. It didn’t take long to return for my bike. Luke, the tech who tuned my baby up was very helpful and concerned about my comfort and ride. He told me if I had any problems to come back and he would tweak it for me. He showed me how to place me bike into the car along with another kind gentleman from Merrick Bicycles. I would definitely recommend this shop and can guarantee good service. Thank you all.
