"Warren" and the rest of the staff were professional, focused and careful in diagnosing issues with my old road-bike. The tune-up that was performed really improved my bicycle's performance and the bicycle was now easier and faster to ride than before the tune-up. Service was performed on-schedule.

I have been a customer for several years, for tune ups, repairs and accessories. This year I decided it was time to get a better bike. Warren and Chris really took the time to help me determine which bike was right for me, both for my riding style and my size. I appreciated the attention they gave me, since I had a lot of questions.
I have always found that the whole crew is generous with their time and advice, whether they are repairing a flat, selling a helmet or just helping a customer think about a future purchase.

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable about all bikes and equipment. We have recently bought 2 Electra electric bikes and are very pleased with them and the service provided. We have purchased all of our previous bikes from Long Beach Bicycles. We highly recommend the store to anyone who asks where to purchase a bike.
