You guys have always provided us with exceptional service! I believe we’ve purchased 3 bikes & have had a few repairs. Every visit has delivered for us so far, including bringing bikes to leave there for repairs just to have them repaired and returned to us in 15-20 minutes.

Merrick Bicycles is a great store and we are lucky to have it in Merrick. It's a small, local store and the service cannot get any better! We've bought many bicycles there over the years and now just purchased a snow blower. They put the bikes together for you while you wait and they delivered the snow blower, all put together, the same day we bought it! They're happy to answer any questions for you and are just so helpful!
The staff is beyond helpful, they helped me every step of the way and made purchasing my sons SE bike a breeze.

I LOVE this shop. My bike purchase was hands down the best gift to myself ever! All the guys at the shop are so enthusiastic about cycling and bikes. It's. SO FUN to go to the shop and learn about modifications I can make to my baby and to chit-chat. Such an awesome crew. I'm a total amateur and they all make me feel like I am part of the cycle world, and also has made me feel like I'm part of the Long Beach community. I can't wait to buy my head and tail lights, and fat tires for winter and mountain biking!!!!
