After offering feedback that a hook for the cable would be ideal - missing from installation - a few months later, the company contacted me to check whether I was still seeking a solution for this. I said yes & they promptly sent through a cable holder that I can attach to the wall. A suitable resolution with which I was happy.

My experience so far relates only to the installation of the domestic charger. I was very satisfied by that installation and its efficiency. The installation provider was very pleasant and an ambassador for your service.
I am struggling a bit with the access arrangements to the wider network.
However I see this as more of a flexion on on the Lexus dealer than your service.
The Jet Charge team were excellent to deal with. I had to change the installation date on two occasions, due to changes in the delivery date of my Mercedes EQA 250 and its accompanying charger. This re-scheduling was done without a problem and in a cheerful understanding manner. As it turned out the charger was installed on the day and just before picking up the car.
The installation was completed to a high standard. It was undertaken with the right level of consultation about location and wiring and is a very neat job. The accompanying brief on the charger was much appreciated.
