Electricians for EV charger install were on time, thoroughly explained what they were going to do, undertook a tricky install with no fuss (including having to run conduit through existing garden plants without doing any damage to them at all), tidied up all mess, and did a great job overall. No surprises with the price - I could not be happier or more impressed.

After offering feedback that a hook for the cable would be ideal - missing from installation - a few months later, the company contacted me to check whether I was still seeking a solution for this. I said yes & they promptly sent through a cable holder that I can attach to the wall. A suitable resolution with which I was happy.

Easy to get a quick quote (through the website) and appt (they rang the next morning). Team turned up when they said they would, were friendly and did a good job (and cleaned up after).
My experience so far relates only to the installation of the domestic charger. I was very satisfied by that installation and its efficiency. The installation provider was very pleasant and an ambassador for your service.
I am struggling a bit with the access arrangements to the wider network.
However I see this as more of a flexion on on the Lexus dealer than your service.
The Jet Charge team were excellent to deal with. I had to change the installation date on two occasions, due to changes in the delivery date of my Mercedes EQA 250 and its accompanying charger. This re-scheduling was done without a problem and in a cheerful understanding manner. As it turned out the charger was installed on the day and just before picking up the car.
The installation was completed to a high standard. It was undertaken with the right level of consultation about location and wiring and is a very neat job. The accompanying brief on the charger was much appreciated.
