Your customer service is fantastic. I’m concerned however about the reliability of my Wallbox Pulsar Plus charger as I’m on my 3rd unit is a little over 12 months.
Everything went to plan on time and competently installed electricians were polite and I have nothing but praise for the installation process . I had to put my installation on hold until I moved into my new permanent apartment which was six months, and this went smoothly.

All seems good but only had it 2 days
Professional service provided in a timely manner. Lorelea was excellent to deal with and very responsive. The electrical contractor who quoted on and completed the installation, was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Overall a first rate job.

On time - prompt and not noisy - explanation of use
Fast delivery, easy transaction
Reimbursed me as was promised when I bought Lexus RZ450e on 3/4 (Encore program) which was $21 plus.
I didn't expect that to be honest. Usually promises are not kept. Especially when I was charged and NOT reimbursed before that. It was only $3 Plus and was not worth my time & effort to start endless communications.
We're still to really use the product (just received delivery of our new EV) but service was excellent. Online assessment of charger location etc very easy to use.
Easy to apply for, arrived on time, set the charger up where I requested, a good experience overall.
2 main points why I didn’t give a 10:
1. Initial communication was an issue. I was told someone would follow up with me within a few days however I had to contact them and was told they’ve been super busy and have had leave. I understand, everyone is busy these days, a simple apology would have sufficed.
2. The electrician who showed up said he’d only watched them being put in and this was his first one. He did a great job but I got the feeling he could’ve used some more support.
