I had a few questions prior to placing an order. My questions were promptly answered, and I placed two separate, but identical orders. I received a call from Jet Charge to confirm that in fact I required both identical orders, which was quiet refreshing to find a supplier double-checking instead of just dispatching the orders. Tracking information was supplied and the orders arrived as scheduled.

I"m still waiting for my EV but have had the Wallbox installed. Very impressed with the installer. Was on time (and sent estimated arrival text) very pleasant and cleaned up after himself. Gave me a run-through on how to use even made a 3D printed holder for the cord to hang on. Great prompt service
