Very unusual these days He was great, found the bike we were looking for and we purchased. I don’t know if I would have bought a kids bike for $1,000 if I didn’t get that kind of service.

Western Cycle has a great team of friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff and ownership. I’m an avid bike rider putting many miles on each month while continuing to wear out my bike from normal wear and tear, the occasional crash and in the winter months dealing with the salt eating away at it. The team at Western Cycle goes over and above to keep me rolling. They’ve made special trips to their other stores for parts I’ve needed and their mechanics are the best, very experienced. Not to mention when it comes to sales they’re the most knowledgeable you’ll find. Thanks for everything guy’s, and special thanks to Dean for being so prompt and particular.
