Tucker was really good about explaining the bike we were going to buy (Velotric Breeze 1) and several options for bike racks. He went into good detail which helped me think about what I could expect from the different options at different price points and relative features. This demonstrates deep and helpful knowledge. I'll most likely buy a bike rack from this store when I'm ready.

Jamie went above and beyond to identify a bike that would work best for me, search and then find one in the color I chose, and then go to another shipping to get it! I think I had been to 5 other dealers over the past few years without satisfaction. Jamie listened , was confident about his recommendation and the fit. I would not go anywhere else (ever again).
