This review is about a recent visit. I came to pick up a Thule EZFold XT rack, and brought my husband along because he purchased elsewhere some bike shoes and pedals and clips but the shoes didn’t fit. Your staff helped us determining a right size in a Trek shoe, which then turned out not to be in stock in the store. Getting it from the warehouse looked like it would take more than a month so we were encouraged to order directly online to get it fast. I found shoes that fit me in stock. We were grateful that the option to order direct for speed was offered, rather than trying to grab the opportunity to profit on the sale. Your staff was very helpful and supportive during a surprise diabetic incident, as well. I’ll never not come to your store for substantial purchases or bike service and especially when I need expertise! You’ve earned and keep earning my loyalty!
