My first time in Western Cycle Seabrook. The three men I met in the hope were all extremely friendly and helpful. They were also able to get my repair done extremely quickly. These days everyone is overworked and stressed, and it was absolutely great to encounter the patience and helpfulness I did at Western Cycle. I plan to make it my "go to" shop for all my bikes from now on!

Quality products. Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. No bike shop attitude like some shops. I've been biking for 60 years and these folks are right at the top of the game. Highly recommended.

This visit was specific to a bike for my daughter turning 6. It was nice to be able to see a 16 and 20 inch option together, weigh the advantages of each and walk out of there with a great Trek product.
