Able to find a pair of road bike shoes and a few bike accessories that I was looking. My preference is to make purchases in person locally when possible rather than online so my visit to the store worked out. The staff was congenial and helpful which made for an enjoyable, no pressure experience. It was made clear that if there was something that they did not have in stock, they would be happy to place an order for me. I would recommend checking out Western Cycle if you are in the market for cycling items.

Outstanding staff and customer service. I ordered a bike rack and when I called the following week to check on it they discovered it was not shipping. They went out of their way to provide an alternate rack at the same price and Tucker showed me how to install it and made sure I had no questions. Outstanding group of people employed there and I will never shop elsewhere. They all deserve raises.
