Marty listened to all of our concerns and what we were looking for when deciding on a place for my mother. He followed up and checked in to see how things were going while we were waiting for her to be released from rehab after breaking her hip. Without Marty, I am not sure how we would’ve navigated all of the information and the process of finding a place.
Everyone who contacted me from care patrol was very friendly and helpful. They worked with us until a place was found for my brother. They took what I felt like the weight of the world off my shoulders. I can’t thank them enough.
I love the fact that they gave me options that I hadn’t thought of or looked at. In fact, one of the options they gave me was a facility that we picked for my mom. She moved in this weekend.
This has been (and continues to be) a very challenging time for our family. Lisa has been (and continues to be) an invaluable resource, fast friend, and we consider her to be a family member at this point. Her wealth of knowledge, can-do spirit, empathy, professionalism, and humor (when needed) has helped made this process of getting the proper care of my mother less daunting.

CarePatrol removed the stress of locating an assisted living facility for my mother. My attempt to locate a local facility on my own proved to be an impossible task that just added to my frustrations and stress of taking care of my mother in my home. They quickly assessed her needs and our needs and located a number of facilities for us to review. Their service was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and full of additional contacts and networks to assist us make the best transition from home to assisted living for my mother.

My mother is over 100 years old. During the months that she was visited, she was very pleased with both the level of interest and the advice she received.
Bobbi Jo took all the time needed to find a place specifically for my husband/father and one that we also felt comfortable with. After 2 years and a change of management that didn't coincide with what we needed/wanted, she again gave it her all to help us. We felt totally comfortable with her and felt she was truly in our world working for the best for all of us. She even did follow up calls to see how it was going after.
