I was referred to CarePatrol by Renee Mills LSW at UT Health and Claudette Rochelle at Encompass in Sugar Land. Unfortunately, we were in a huge rush - which isn't that unusual - to find a suitable assisted living for my husband.
I spoke first to Kathryn Scott - who referred me to Quinn. Quinn was so helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Both of us were so impressed and relieved. (Matt, our older son, was with me throughout the process).
My advisor has been very responsive, helpful, and communicative. The adult family homes we looked at were well vetted and up to high standards. I was able to choose a place I felt comfortable placing my mom.
Martha was instrumental in finding a community for my Mom. She listened to our needs and arranged tours. Then once we had made our decision on the community, she went above and beyond and also helped locate services for catheter care as well.

Broderick was patient and a very good listener. He was very well informed, and cleared up confusion when he noted that we were confused. He was very attentive and caring. His relaxed demeanor, eased our stress and made us hopeful. His sense of humor is delightful. When an urgent need came for us to place mom, even though it was the weekend, he responded to texts and assured us that he would attend to us every step of the way. And he did! This whole program is such a blessing to families, and Broderick is a special blessing to our family.
Working full time and trying to navigate the assistive living marketplace was overwhelming. Other than word of mouth from co-workers I had zero experience in this industry. Dina from CarePatrol listened to our needs, arranged tours at facilities that meet our needs and budget, and provided kindness and support as we entered a new phase of life for my mom. My older brother had by-pass surgery and then went to rehab. He requires assistance in regaining his ability to simply walk. He checked in on Wednesday and I have not been
able to speak to him.
I can only assume he is getting proper sleep and meals. I can be contacted by Amanda
at 1-Phone number removed. She told me she would check on him on Friday and then let me know
how he is doing. I did not hear back from her as of yet.
Hopefully she and I can talk on Monday. Tok good care of my brother please.

I had no idea what options I had in a situtation that came up very suddenly. I contacted Care Patrol and Chris answered every question and set out my options. He went with me to talk to providers. He asked questions I did not even think of to ask. I am so grateful.

Andrea helped us navigate all the unknowns of finding a senior living community for my parents. There are so many things that have to happen when moving into a senior living community and Andrea expertly took us through the process. She even helped with other resources that we eventually needed like recommendations for movers, realtors and the like.

The full story is long and emotional, but I’ll share the heart of it: I was in a frightening, overwhelming place. My elderly mother had been in the hospital for weeks, and I realized—painfully—that I could no longer care for her on my own. I didn’t know where to turn or how to begin.

CarePatrol carved a path for our family through the chaos that is healthcare navigation. Ashley G. made a way for my elderly father to continue to get much-needed care after he was released from the hospital.

Beyond all of that, Ashley is filled to overflowing with compassion. She is kind, gentle and a force of nature when advocating for patients. She treats patients and family members with dignity, honor and respect.
