She helped me with resources and took me on tours of facilities where my elderly mother could live. She also helped me with financial resources and made me aware of services and programs that I had no idea were available to us. I cannot express how awesome this service is and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
We were introduced to CarePatrol when mom was in the hospital and we didn’t know where to turn. Barbara Nabors got straight to work connecting us with vital resources that allowed us to make informed decisions to provide the best care for mom. That Caressa was truly caring but also honest and took time to get to know our family, situation, and parent needing care in order to help us find the right fit. Ramie was phenomenal. There have been a lot of challenges with getting my father from Canada back to US after breaking his hip and choosing and assisted living facility was the easiest part of our challenging journey. Ramie provided multiple options and came with me for tours. She was so helpful and informative. 20 out of 10!
From the very first day I was referred to CarePatrol I was impressed with the caring and professionalism of CarePatrol's "Caressa Mulea" in Ocala. She offered hope and assurance that she would be able to find the perfect place for my Father-in-Law and she did in less than a week's time which was so very appreciated as we had about given up hope of finding a home for him as we had been turned down by a couple of places that did not feel they could provide the sufficient care he needed due to his Dementia. She even recently visited him to check on him and to let us know how he's doing in his new home as we were advised to wait a few weeks before visiting him to allow his adjustment in his new environment. He seems to be thriving which is such a blessing. My Husband and & I cannot thank Caressa enough for her help and thoughtfulness. CarePatrol definitely has a Star in their employment with Caressa and she deserves all the praise we can give her in helping us and our Dad.

The attention recieved when I needed help, didn't know where to turn for answers to so many questions, and suddenly found there was someone who cared. The reliability means so much, knowing there is a plethora of sources available that we will be able to access if needed. This journey is not easy, and past situations with another parent were so difficult. This time, hopefully, will move much more smoothly and we don't feel so alone. Thank you.
