It is a pleasure to endorse Julie Miller and her company, Care Patrol. I was in the very difficult position of searching for an Assisted Living facility to meet my 101 year old mother’s personal care needs, while providing stimulation and support for her mental well being. Since she was being discharged from rehabilitation and needed immediate support, timing was essential. Julie immediately made appointments and accompanied me on tour of facilities that accommodated my budget, location, and comfort level.
Julie is kind, professional, well received by peer professionals, and extremely knowledgeable.

Mary Ann was extraordinary. My family and I had no idea where to begin when evaluating and selecting a personal care home for our relative. She asked questions to narrow our search, provided summarized data on facilities that met our requirements, answered all the questions we had, scheduled tours of 3 facilities, and accompanied us on the tours. The first facility we visited had multiple rooms available. She advised we consider a deposit to hold the preferred room, which we did. After visiting the other facilities (all of which were excellent) we selected the first, and our relative moved in within a few weeks. She has been in regular contact as we prepared for move-in, as well as after the move-in, to assure that any questions we might have would be answered, and to assure that our experience with the facility met expectations.
What we feared would be an arduous task - identifying potential facilities and selecting a facility was greatly simplified. We are far more confident that our selection was fully informed given the knowledge and expertise that Mary Ann provided. The data Care Patrol provided was very helpful, but, we are so grateful for Mary Ann's guidance.

CarePatrol helped us locate not only a facility, but a part of town close to family so they could easily visit. The facility itself has everything! Chef prepared meals, activities, outings, hair salon, bingo, happy hour, a comedian, different therapies......it has it all. Our family member is thriving!

Niki was an excellent and so helpful. She gave honest feedback on the assisted care facilities we talked about and arranged all of the tours. She responded quickly to texts even when she was out of the office. I highly recommend this team!
Carissa has been absolutely amazing. She has been there through every step, so helpful, polite, and courteous. On top of that, she has complete knowledge in what she does. She gave us information regarding several facilities, took into account our financial budget, and answered many many questions. We are so thankful that our family has been connected with her and Care Patrol for services.

Within a few hours of describing for Gina the type of place we wanted for my mother, she had a meeting scheduled the next day. The facility met all of our needs and Gina was instrumental in helping us make this happen. I would absolutely work with her in the future.
Artist was very informative in my time of need. Dementia becomes difficult to handle physically and emotionally. He took me to tour Hacienda Grace and consequently I decided to place John at that facility. Artist followed up with phone calls and texts concerning what to expect and emotions involved in parting with a loved one. I appreciated his support during this sad and difficult period.
