Meda is extremely knowledgeable and has relationships with the facility managers. She also knows the inside skinny on many of these places things that we don’t know. She helped me narrow down a list of places that were not a good fit for my mother and her brother. A lot of listening a lot of of thinking through what would work for us as a family

Ericha did an excellent job of finding Assisted Living/Memory Care communities with availability in areas ideally located for our family. She did this in a very short amount of time, providing us with information about those communities, and arranging for and joining us on tours of them. Within a week or so we were able to find the best fit for our mother and secure a new home for her.
I’m from Illinois and I flew down because my mom was just diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. She had been in and out of hospitals and rehab five times in less than a month.Gigi was calming, patient and able to redirect me while I was unfocussed due to the stress I was under. Such a great talent!
Due to miscommunication between my mom's prior rehab and the hospital, she was essentially going to be homeless without full time nursing care. She helped to get my mom into a rehab that day and she was able to quickly set up tours of assisted living facilities. We ultimately chose one she recommended and my mom is happy there.
Gigi was personable, kind, and VERY knowledgeable about the healthcare and assisted living system in Florida. It is different than Illinois and had no idea how everything worked.

Cassi was amazing at helping me navigate places to have my elderly father get into some type of assisted living/elder aging care providers.
She was extremely sincere and supportive on our five/six month journey . At times I got emotional and she was always there to talk to me. She would call just to check in and see how I’m doing as my father’s live in caretaker with major overwhelming anxiety and burnout.

Second she gave us names of private in home care providers. One of which we loved and hired for the time my father was at home. Heavenly Care.
Cassi met me at different facilities to tour with me. She also met me at a respite care facility to assist in the going back home care process and helped navigate.
They were able to help me find a safe environment for my loved one quickly. They were caring, informative and supportive.

I had a great experience working with Aletha from CarePatrol. My mom had an urgent need for longer term placement at an independent living senior community to continue convalescence after a heart attack followed by open heart surgery and a brief stay at a nursing facility for rehab. While she could take care of herself, she lacked the stamina to navigate stairs in her home. Aletha listened to the needs of my family, made all the calls and appointments. I just had to review the information and show for appointments to tour the communities. It was a stressful time for the family. Having someone with knowledge and connections with community resources take the lead helped tremendously. I highly recommend CarePatrol and have shared our experience with friends who are in similar positions of finding places for their loved ones.
