I was in a turmoil. I needed to find a memory care for my 93 yr old mother in Austin and I lived in the Dallas area. I contacted Care Patrol in Austin as I was familiar with the one in Denton. Tiffini put together visits at a day notice as I would be in Austin the next day. She was very helpful in giving information about each place, took notes about my questions so I didn't have to remember the questions I had at every place. She helped me find a great place for my mother that had an opening for her. Tiffini also recommended a moving company that specializes in helping move seniors, and being out of town, they were answered prayer. i would highly recommend anyone with any help for finding a place, or any help with senior care to contact Care Patrol.

Christine was a huge help in finding assisted living for my sister and her husband, She listened well to what I was needing and looking for, and was able to provide facilities that were in line with those needs. She was generous with her time, and helped to cut through to the things that I most cared about. When she met with our family after a tour of the facility, she answered more questions and helped flesh out everyone's impression of what it would be like to live there. Since the move-in, she has followed up on how things are going, as well. Can't imagine how long it might have taken to do this without her help, and am most grateful for her and for CarePatrol's services.
Always responsive to questions as they come up no matter time of day, even on weekends. frequent check ins but not too much.
Danielle and Madeline were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were in contact with us throughout the transition of helping us move our Dad to a more appropriate place. I don't we could have done this without them.

Allie Spangler listened to what my husband's needs were and met those needs in a short time. Time was of the essence at that point, and so that meant a lot to me. When I thought we weren't going to be able to find someone to help us, she stepped in and did a great job. When she promised to call me or text me, she always kept her word - something I appreciated. Even when i misunderstood because of my anxiety, she always accepted my apology graciously.
I will certainly recommend CarePatrol of Winston - Salem to anyone seeking an eldercare facility.

Dana went out of her way to answer calls late into the night knowing that we were working under a very short window of time to get our family member placed . She asked questions and really listened to ensure the best placement, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
Mike Link was so responsive especially considering I established contact from another state (DE) and set up an initial viewing with my Dad, brother and myself the day I got into Ohio. He sent me great info packets, answered my many questions and continued to do so even some protestations from an uncooperative father. But within weeks we managed to get my Dad into a facility matching his needs!
We could not have done this as efficiently as we did without all his help!
Tabitha took the time to understand my family members' care needs, their lifestyle and home preferences, our geographic constraints, and our long-term financial options and narrowed down a large field selection of providers to a manageable group of choices that were right for us. She also facilitated interviews and obtained information I needed when making my decision. In a couple of weeks, she helped me achieve a goal that I had made little progress towards in over two years. My loved ones are now settled in a community that is even better than anything I had hoped for.

Because I live on the other side of the country, Angel researched and personally visited facilities on my behalf, even giving me virtual tours so I could feel confident in the process. More importantly, she took the time to personally visit with my brother and was there to help make his transition as smooth and comfortable as possible.
The facility Angel found has truly been the perfect fit. The structured routine and staff trained to support residents with dementia have helped my brother settle in and thrive. It also turned out to be one of the more cost-effective options, which was an added blessing.
