Julia was so helpful finding rehab facilities that were on my Mom's insurance and in a completely different area from where my mom lives, it was close to me which was so convenient for me. She also walked me through the understanding of assisted living facilities, and what spend down means prior to Medicaid. She put me at ease by making a very stressful situation more tolerable. This is a great resource for Individuals and families that are not educated in elder care.

Michelle has been by my side every step of the way—conducting research, setting appointments, accompanying me to them, and helping my mom settle into her new location. Even after everything was completed, Michelle continued to provide valuable resources, including contacts for lawyers and realtors. She still checks in on both my mother and me, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to support us during this difficult time.

Cindy Levin helped me to find the appropriate and reasonably priced assisted living home for my Mom within one week after leaving the hospital. It was a difficult situation for us providing 24 hour care in our home which was not equipped properly for her care. We looked at two places and Magothy Gardens Assisted Living was able to provide a room for her. She has settled in comfortably. I really appreciate the efforts made by Care Patrol (Cindy) on my mother's behalf.

She even picked my dad up for a tour then went through the McDonald’s drive-thru for him afterwards. So thoughtful!
