Melanie and Teresa were so helpful and engaged in helping me find a retirement community. They answered my questions and put effort into this search. Melanie went with me to visit four different communities and it was a big help having her there. She thought of some things that I had overlooked. It helps to have someone with expertise when you are looking for a retirement facility that will be a good fit. We found one!
I could not have found the Assisted Living facility that best fit mother's needs without Amber"s help. She was very knowledgable about the south side and facilities. In addition she was very professional, compassionate in listening to our concerns and open to suggestions. She always responded promptly to texts and phone calls and followed up on our questions. She had a great rapport with facility representatives making tours very productive.

Also kept us up to date during the move, so we could coordinate. Felt we all were in good hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Care Patrol, especially Steve. When we were faced with the difficult and emotional process of finding my father a memory care unit on very short notice, Steve was there every step of the way.

Ms. Pincle was like an angel from. Heaven. I was stressed about finding a comfort care home for my Brother John. She eased my stress and found a place for my Brother. He has been there for a week now and I am so relieved of stress knowing he is being cared for.
