CarePatrol helped me twice with my mom’s transitions in life. They are a free service but don’t let that underscore what they do. Social workers on steroids. They help find you facilities that your loved ones need. They’ll do the leg work and you merely tour the places with them as chaperones or support. Again, no charge for this. If you’re fed up with hospital SW not doing anything, look up carepatrol. 1000/10 recommend. Lifesaver.

Using CarePatrol of Fayetteville was absolutely the best decision we made to place my sister and brother-in-law. We live in Florida and didn’t know the Fayetteville memory care / Assisted living facilities. Casey is extremely compassionate and worked endlessly to place both of them. She got to know both of them and was instrumental in talking to us regarding the pros and cons of each facility. We absolutely could not have done this without Casey’s wisdom, knowledge and patience through the entire process!
I was very impressed from the very beginning the prompt response I received when I called and left a message with care patrol. Eric Sailor couldn’t have been more helpful! He put many concerns that I had to rest and was there to answer any questions every step of the way. Eric took the time to return every phone call and/or email and was very helpful in helping my sister understand the process and helped to relieve the stress she was feeling. Basically I was aware of what the next step would be, but really needed help in getting there! Thalmus helped guide me to what to do first & he set up the meetings with each assisted living so I could get the ball rolling with how the process worked. I was saddened by this process of having to do this for my husband & Thalmus was tuned into that as well.

Mary Ann Pickell was amazing. She helps us through a terribly stressful time. She was available after hours and weekends. She helped us find placement in a very short time and helped us get answers when other contacts weren't responding. We are very appreciative of everything she did for us.
CARE patrol came through with flying colors!!! I got the referral from a referral and I'm glad I did. I was at my wits end and pressured by a deadline that could leave my sibling out living on the street.
They listened to understand, knew "the ropes/the system" through experience, and stayed in touch with advice as a solution was found that resulted in placement of my sibling in an assisted living residence.
The case was complicated by legal issues and substantial financial limitation but the solutions were found and relocation of my sibling effected.
I have dealt with these types of situations before but never felt I couldn't call and just talk and be heard. I worked variously with Leslie and Laura and they were always ready to problem solve.

CarePatrol was recommended to me by a co-worker who needed assistance for parents and in-laws. Lynne was a god-send. My sister and I and our daughters had been covering our mom throughout the week when there were no scheduled caregivers as well as overnights for about 8 days. I contacted CarePatrol when our mom’s scheduled move to personal care in her building was denied at the 11th hour. Being overwrought and exhausted, we literally did not know what to do next. My call to Lynne put us on the right road. She listened to all we had been through, immediately suggested other living options, and gave us information to follow up for respite care which we desperately needed. She said to me more than once “this is just my opinion”. My comment back each time was “At this point, we can’t put together two intelligent thoughts! We appreciate the opinion of a clear mind.” - and not to mention very knowledgeable about the intricacies of these situations and the local options. Again, Lynne and CarePatrol were incredibly valuable in helping our family to get some rest and securing a safe situation for our mom and grandmother in a matter of days!! We are incredibly grateful!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
