Michael Mithen did a great job helping me navigate the process of finding a new home for my mother-in-law. He quickly presented me with available options to fit our needs in 24 hours and then made the appointments and accompanied us to the appointments. I can't imagine Having to navigate all this on my own. Best decision ever.

Jill, our advisor, is without a doubt the reason that we found a great place for our dad when we suddenly found ourselves in need of assisted living. She took a stressful, complicated, overwhelming process and was able to help us make sense of it all by helping us understand what was important, what questions to ask, and making sure we didn't waste our time on facilities that wouldn't be a good fit or didn't have availability. She focused on understanding our dad's needs, and she brought a tremendous amount of knowledge of not just facilities, but the broader assisted living ecosystem, including hospitals and rehabs, to help us navigate this stressful time. Tiffani was very helpful in identifying memory care facilities that would fit our family's needs. She was empathetic and seemed to generally care about finding the best place for my father. My mother and sister said she was very kind and helpful on the facility tours and she worked diligently to expedite getting my dad out of the hospital as they were unable to care for him properly. She coordinated with all of the stakeholders, had clear lines of communication, and dad was moved to the new facility within 3 days of us telling her which place we chose. A+ service. i really felt heard when it came to the requests I shared. The process was swift but impactful. The flexibility and patience in making sure ALL of my questions and concerns were addressed. The coordination of care and location selection was phenomenal. The location selected is amazing. I feel so comfortable with my loved one staying in the home and I can see the care she is receiving has really made a difference in her experience. Stephanie was an absolute Godsend. She helped us through every step of finding and placing my father in a beautiful and caring assisted living facility. My father was not easy to place due to a number of factors. At every step, Stephanie was calm and confident. She partnered with both the skilled nursing facility and the assisted living facility to find solutions. We would not have been able to get my father placed in the short time we had without her. I cannot recommend Stephanie enough!!

Care Patrol helped me identify the right place for my father-in-law. It’s hard to know which facilities are well regarded, safe and clean, but Care patrol made that easy for me and found a facility that is closer to my home so it’s easier to visit more often.

Everyone goes the extra mile and are fiercely protective of their clients. They find a way to make things happen even in the most extreme circumstances. They become part of the family and continue to check on clients even after placement. I will always be grateful for everything they have done for me and my family.
