Tiffani is an expert at what she does for families! She worked according to our timeline. She was extremely prompt in responding to any questions! Her word was golden. Everything she said was absolutely accurate! Once we made our choice, she stood by my side while signing the paperwork and offered to help me with our Long Term Health Care Insurance policy. She visited my mother the day after she moved in and followed up with me approximately week later and offered more advice. I highly recommend Tiffani to anyone who is looking for a Assisted Living or Memory Care facilty for their loved one. She is the BEST!!

Any adult child looking to relocate their aging parents should consider using the services provided by CarePatrol. We need to relocate our parents across states and CarePatrol was fantastic working with my parents, identifying facilities that best meet their needs, and being a knowledgeable source for how all this works. It can be overwhelming and intimidating.

A lot to like! The representatives are caring, respectful, & extremely helpful. They are familiar with programs and assisted living options that would be a good fit for your loved one. They give you options and do not pressure you to accept an option that you are not comfortable with.

Holly was great at helping us find a place for our dad. She was so compassionate and caring. This was a very hard decision for us and Holly helped to make us feel like we were finding the best place for him.
I liked the knowledge and the care that Danielle took with my family. She made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was really understanding and patient and was with me every step of the way. This was a hard decision and even though I changed my mind a couple of times, Danielle was always just a phone call away. I also liked how she met me at the places and toured them with me. I feel less stressed and more free than I have in a couple of years. I don’t know what I would have done without Care Patrol.
Andrea is very kind and is very accessible by phone or text.
My sister and I were assisting our parents in North Carolina while our dad was in and out of the hospital and rehab. Since we both live out of state, we didn’t know where to start — especially because our parents didn’t have any senior care plans in place. With the guidance and support of Gina and the CarePatrol team, we were able to navigate the process, advocate for our parents with their doctors, and successfully relocate them to a senior living community closer to us. What can one say when you thought there was no hope for your love one. Then I heard of CarePatrol of Northern AZ.
I left an email just to see if they could give me some information.
Nikki and Michelle listened to my needs regarding my sister. With Compassion and understanding, they were willing to help me.
I gave them all my information about my sister and her budget. Michelle & Nikki start helping me immediately. They kept me informed with everything they were doing.
These ladies even worked late into the night. Who does that? RIGHT!!
They found the perfect place to assist my sister. My sister is so happy with facility where she is staying.
I am so grateful to Nikki and Michelle. To me, they are like family.

My point of contact was Bobbi Jo Dorsey. She was very responsive and was able to assist me in a difficult situation with my father.
My family & I have worked with Care Patrol twice and both experiences were excellent. Finding proper care for loved ones can be very stressful, but Care Patrol’s knowledge and expertise took the stress out of the process.
Taking the time to visit all the facilities!
Linda, Kathy, and Laura were so incredibly helpful during a time that was difficult to manage. With their help, we were able to find an assisted living location quickly to ensure that my mother is cared for and safe. I would not have been able to make this happen on my own and they were there every step to help.
Erin was very knowledgeable about the assisted living facilities in the area that our friend requested. She came to visit at the rehabilitation facility and was compassionate and friendly towards our friend. She explained everything clearly was never rushed and took time for questions from not only the person moving to assisted living but also from us, his two friends. She had several residences and explained the pros and cons of each. With her help, we were able to narrow the choices to two. She set up visits to both places and accompanied us on those visits. Since our friend wasn’t able to attend the initial visits, she met him a few days later at the residence that he was moving into. She has been in touch with us his friends, and even helped clarify some questions that we had by contacting the facility on our behalf. She checked in the day of the move and followed up the next day to find out how the first day and night were. She has promised to check in regularly and given us her phone and email contacts. I am very happy with everything that she has done to make this transition to assisted living as smooth as possible.
