Care Patrol has been absolutely fabulous. They helped my mom initially find an ALF for my father. They then helped my husband and I find a place for my father in law. They take the guesswork out of an already emotionally-difficult situation. They truly “have your back” and there is really something to say about that feeling of security that they provide. Before working with Elisa and Bruce, I had no idea a business like this existed. Now that I know they are there, I would never advise anyone to go about the process alone. Why would you? They have so much knowledge and they truly care about the families they help. Call them!

I cant thank these guys enough for the help that they have provided in our 2-1/2 year course trying to facilitate placement for our parents! They waited patiently on us as things kept changing. I had complete confidence in the young lady who helped me with selecting a Memory Care facility for my husband. She was thoughtful and considerate of my wishes. She spent a lot of time helping me work through all the problems involved. She treated me as a friend. We had difficulties as he was a problem to place. I can't thank her enough. .
My need was immediate, and Michael worked into the evening researching locations to visit the very next morning. We visited 3 locations and immediately connected with one in particular and Mom is in it as I type this review. So far, we are very happy. Meeting us at each location was helpful due to his insight and experience with various assisted living locations. I felt he had our back and listened to our need.

April was very quick to help find some suitable places for my husband and she was honest about what each location could provide. It was refreshing to have someone who could admit that there are assisted livings and nursing homes that no one should ever put a loved one in. She made the process so much easier and we were able to very quickly arrange for my husband to move to the facility which was necessary within a short window of time.
