Mary Ann came to our rescue and proved that decisions should never be made without exploring every available resource. The referrals that she provided allowed my husband to be accepted to a wonderful facilty when many others had either turned us away or had no availablilty. Makala has been a rock of support and wealth of resources for my mom and family. She was patient and always available over a 3 month period, from our initial inquiries to the final placement.
Makala was available for tours of facilities and asked questions that we, as novices, didn’t know to ask. On many occasions she took the initiative to reach out to us and to inquire about the needs our family was facing while we gradually came to grips with placement.
