She didn't waste my time showing me places that wouldn't work for my mom. Her industry knowledge completely showed through. Tammy gave pertinent information about each facility; some that was shared by the facility and some additional information that was important in making an informed decision. I was referred to Tammy from a customer of mine, and I can see why. It was a great experience working with Tammy and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to find the right place for their loved one.
Jenny met me at Prema in Covington and toured with me and my husband, asking questions and pointing out concerns. She also came by to check on us once my dad arrived from the hospital. I appreciate her stepping in when Dana was traveling.

Elise, with CarePatrol of Spokane, is wonderful! Sensitive and compassionate, while at the same time, extremely knowledgeable about the services available in the area. Elise shows up when she says she will and has tremendous follow up skills. She goes above and beyond expectations - after my mom’s move into an assisted living community, Elise stopped by just to say hello, see how things were going and offer her support.

The coordinator was kind and very helpful with my parents. Her assessment of my parents was spot on. I have been trying to get my parents to move for several years.
