I worked with Kisha Steineger, who was named to me by a Stormont-Vail Health case manager as someone very knowledgeable about local care for seniors. That wasn't the half of it: Kisha's support and expertise was absolutely invaluable as we chose an assisted living facility for our 90-year-old mom, who had suffered a precipitous decline in physical and mental capacity. Kisha took time to learn about Mom, visited the house (so she could understand where and how Mom had been living alone for decades), counseled with me about the differences among facilities, and hung in there in an on-again, off-again search process that rapidly shifted from independent living to very high care needs. She toured four carefully chosen facilities with me, and with her help my brother and I were able to chose a place that can address Mom's many needs while preserving as much of her sense of self as possible. Kisha then followed up several times after Mom moved, showing her concern that our choice had in fact worked out. Kisha herself is a delight, both cheerful and sensitive in her approach: I felt personally supported as well as informed by her professional expertise. 10 stars out of 10.
CarePatrol helped us place my dad into an assisted living facility, which unfortunately turned out to be unable to provide the level of care he needed. This was NOT the fault of CarePatrol in any way, but nevertheless they helped us find one that met all of his needs and he's now thriving.

There are not enough fantastic words to describe Tyler Namoff. I knew from our first communication that we were going to get along well. Immediately after I hung up the phone, I felt reassured that everything was going to be okay and that I had a partner on what ended up to be a very long journey. He is a great communicator and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the facilities in the Fox Valley. He was always quick to follow up which was important given the fluid situation of what my dad was experiencing. I truly have no idea what I would have done without Tyler. Dad is now safe and happy in his new forever home.

Our Care Patrol partner, Melanie, was GREAT in helping us find the proper care environment for our mom. She listened intently to what we were looking for and provided suitable options. Melanie was always available for questions and guidance. I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for care housing for a loved one.
Craig and Ann were very attentive and listen to what our families specific needs were before they recommended a few options to consider. They were very patient and understanding and I strongly recommend if you have an aging family member it’s worth talking to them.

Through the CarePatrol we found the perfect care home for our Mom and she is doing so well.
The CarePatrol of Beaverton communicates very well. We learned so much in the first month or so, that we continued to feel Mom is in the right place with the right people.
Recently we had wonderful help from Amber Slaughter as we had to move my brother and his wife from their previous facility to a different one. After I filled out the website request for info early this year, Amber was extremely helpful to me in March 2025 in finding 3 assisted living facilities on the south side of Indianapolis that each also had memory care services.
She quickly set up tours at the three facilities on the same day in March. Amber knows the sales directors at the facilities, and Amber was able to answer questions about the facilities and compare them to one another, giving us the pro’s and con’s of each place. She is very familiar with the entire process to enter an assisted living facility. She was able to advise us about costs, admission needs, and many other details along the way. She helped us to find a facility this past spring, and then she helped us again this fall when it became apparent that we needed to move our family members due to high costs at the first facility (one family member was in a memory care unit with higher costs).
We were very grateful to have such wonderful help from Amber of Care Patrol. I highly recommend Care Patrol with no reservations!
