Jodi Lewis-Smith , CSA is so very professional , knowledgeable, informative and kind. My aunt who is suffering with dementia was very difficult case and Jodi handled the situation beautifully. She gave me the answers I needed , and arranged and accompanied me to the facilities for tours. I am happy to report that my aunt was admitted to a lovely memory care unit. I now can sleep again at night knowing my aunt Is safe and being cared for in a loving environment. I couldn’t have accomplished this on my own and I am so grateful to Jodi.
