My experience with CarePatrol was positive from the first interaction I had with Christa: she was immediately genuine, helpful, concerned, and empathetic regarding my process (and often times struggles) in working to guide my dad (dementia/Alzheimer's diagnosis/traits) into a quality and appropriate assisted living facility. It definitely worked out to our benefit, and CarePatrol (specifically Christa) has been especially attentive and receptive to my inquiries and concerns.
Mary Beth was knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and saved me a lot of time by helping me find facilities I may not have found on my own. Her knowledge and experience simplified what was looking to be an overwhelming task. Without her help, I feel whatever I might have found on my own would not have been anywhere near as good for my wife as where we are now.
Alyssa was great to work with! She helped us solve every issue!! She communicated between Parkside and the Oaks for us when necessary and got us all on the together when necessary. She worked with everyone and saw that we got what we needed! And even helped when we only had a day and a half to set up a studio apartment she came and helped me and a friend unbox and take things out of packages put together a closet organizer, fill the refrigerator, and generally put things away. And they basically had me supervise since I had a broken tibia. There were times during the 8 days we had to move my relative without Alyssa I think I would have ran screaming! Thank you always!!!! Alyssa!!!!!
The patrol staff was personable and helpful. I learned lots about assisted living and how best to find care for my mom.

Great support for the emotional stress involved in making the decision to place a loved one in a facility where better care will be provided. We worked with Adam who was very quick to help find placement for our parents. He arranged appointments and attended them with us to help navigate and answer questions. He worked with negotiate a better rate for the room and board as well.

When it became time to move my father out of my home to assisted living, Amandita took the time to listen to my needs for my father’s care and provided 4 alternatives for review. I picked two and she scheduled the tours and met me at the locations. Amandita also offered to help us move in, which is over and above my expectations! I’m very happy with the care my father is receiving in his new home.
Madison Hayes did a great job explaining all of my options and made the whole process of getting my mom moved into an assisted living facility less stressful. I was feeling overwhelmed with managing the care needs of my mom along with her hospital and rehab stays. Madison eased my mind and the process was seamless.

I would recommend CarePatrol because they do all the leg work and screening of facilities for you. You don't have to deal with the individual facilities yourself. Markie in particular was very caring, asking about our needs and wants to find the best living situations for us. She was always patient and always had time for us and our questions. This is a very stressful time of life, and CarePatrol made the whole experience easier.
