Great Groomer
Staff knows our dogs, remembers their names, friendly. We like to watch the Pup Cams. They always check to see if there is any new health info on the dogs, new meds, etc.
My dogs particularly enjoy going there and I have complete confidence and trust in the establishment. My relationship with The Dog Stop - Monroeville has been for six years now and I will continue to count on J.C. and staff for assistance with my beloved canine family members.

Our dog, Bo, is older and has sight, hearing, and balance issues. This has proved to be an issue at previous groomers, who did not know how to handle his behavior. We always heard complaints and comments that "This might be the last time we will groom him" from previous groomers, but not from The Dog Stop. We hear how good he was during the session, and any issues are identified and corrected quickly to make him comfortable. Plus, he comes back looking fantastic and smelling great! I appreciate The Dog Stop and their staff for always being friendly and accommodating.

I like that I don't have to leave my dog there all day. You make an appointment and you're dog is done in 2-3 hours. My groomer Erin is great and my dog loves her. Dog Stop is the best.

Reception, cleanliness, organization, care shown to all dogs. We wish they had an attendant during non-business hours for boarding dogs, in case of an emergency.
