Staff is very willing to help the dogs if they are struggling to fit in at first. Worked very well with my 2 dogs to make them happy and comfortable. Will be using them in future.
The staff is amazing. Friendly and competent. The facilities are clean and the indoor kennels are spacious with a raised cot. Both the indoor and outdoor play areas are large and there are never too many dogs during a play period.
Oliver loves to go to daycare. When I tell him he's going he literally jumps around in circles. I'm so thankful he has a place he can go to play, socialize and feel loved by the staff.
Amanda has been grooming my dog since he was a puppy. He is now 5 years old. Gus absolutely loves her and she is the sweetest to him. She gives him such a good haircut every time. Its so comforting to know that my dog is completely at ease and happy with Amanda!

The fact that I could see my Fur Babies was the best feeling ever. From the staff, and the clean environment ,I can honestly say going away I feel more at ease. They really take pride with this establishment and that right there just made things so much better for myself and My Fur Babies. The Staff was very helpful, and very nice. The owner was Amazing. I'm do glad I went and had the experience while being away .

We were happy that yall had place to board Fideaux for a second time during a hurricane, like y'all did 4 years ago. When we dropped him off, we brought his ball & 4 rawhide bones for him. We asked that he be given 1 a day and that didn't happen. When we picked him up everything in the bag was exactly what we brought. I asked if he was given his bones, & the girl behind the counter said yes daily there was 4 in the bag, and I responded that there is still 4 in the bag & held them up so both behind the counter could see. Neither one said anything.

Isla loves coming to doggie daycare! She enjoys having friends to play with and I enjoy that she isn't alone all day and comes home worn out from all the fun she had. The staff is always pleasant and kind, and the groomer was able to trim her nails when I had given up.
The only thing that would make the Dog Stop even better is if there were space for a grassy outdoor play area outside, but I also understand the limitations of the location/ building.
10/10 would recommend!

Yall took all the info as to how my fur baby took her meds and treats. I could call to check on her. Katie is an awesome trainer that worked with her.
The facility kept extremely clean and the cam video cameras work well. Most importantly the staff are friendly, efficient and attentive to the needs of the dogs being boarded. One of our pups is an older "rescue" dog who has limited vision and is nervous in different surroundings. The staff put forth additional effort to make sure his needs were met.
