We have always had a good experience with The Dog Stop Upper St. Clair. From the first time we brought our pup, the staff have been welcoming and kind, and great with every dog we've seen. Our dog always gets so excited when we say "daycare" and always seems super happy when he's being dropped off or when we're picking him up. The grooming options are awesome, and the free tennis balls in the lobby are a great cherry on top.
My dog came home peaceful, clean and happy.

First- the smell upon entering your site is wonderfully fresh. Your staff is amazing and helpful. Upon pickup, my dog was calm, wagging his tail. Another places, he’d pull hard on his leash to leave.

Logan was amazing. My dog’s fur is super soft and shedding has reduced significantly. He was also very attentive to callouts regarding my dog’s allergies and took care of everything we asked for. Really appreciate it!
I have nothing but grand things to say about The Dog Stop Metairie location. They take such great care of my two dogs Luna and Stella. Luna is a very anxious dog and I feel comfortable leaving her at boarding knowing she is in good hands. They treat my dogs as if they were their own, and I am very grateful for that! Whenever there is a concern regarding my pets they are prompt and great at communicating keeping me in the loop. I thank y'all so much! I would recommend The Dog Stop Metairie location to anyone.

We brought our elderly Great Dane to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Staff was super friendly, which immediately put our girl at ease. She even nudged the gate open to be behind the counter with them. Staff was extremely communicative through her stay. When we picked her up, she was grinning ear to ear. They showed us pics of how they had to improvise to bathe her, due to her size. The entire staff was very complimentary of our gentle giant. We will definitely be back, our girl deserves the royal treatment. Thank you!

We love our dog stop! When we need to travel and you have a highly anxious dog that doesn’t do well with at home care ! She thrives much better in her suite and hearing other people and dogs near by ! Plus the cuddle time is a bonus of one on one time.
