The Bothell staff have gone above and beyond to create a successful day care experience for our puppy Maverick. When he arrive in August at 7 months old he was a bundle of energy that was challenge being around other dogs. We put him in the VIP program and by late September he had graduated out with all of the staffs efforts to monitor and adjust. He was such a success he became dog of the month for November. The communication has been great along the way as well, always keep us informed when there was anything the staff thought we needed to know. Lastly, Maverick adores the staff, pulling us into the daycare and attacking them with kisses each morning upon arrival. Additionally, we have a second older dog Logan (2 /2 years) with anxiety and the staff have also gone above and beyond to provide a space Logan can spend the day when we need it. We have used a different day care when Logan was younger which was a constant issue with not being informed as well as him getting all kinds of illness. We are so very grateful for the Bothell Dog Stop and their staff. Would highly recommend.
