Comes home exhausted. I would give a 10 if I was sure all the staff was happy to be there. This past weekend the person that took my dog was a little unpleasant, I chalked it up to just being early in the morning. As I was walking out I heard my pup yelp. The lady turned and apologized and said she accidentally hit the dog with the door. It was hard not to feel uneasy after that. And then again at pick up, her part of our interaction was very curt. I understand not everyone has a warm upbeat personality, but the person at the desk is performing customer service and needs to be able to make customers feel like they are leaving there pup at a fun safe place.

My dog (Caddie Marie) always recognizes the "roundabout" as we are driving to The Dog Stop and she starts to get so excited! The staff listens very carefully for personal instructions and tries to help in any way they can. I have never worried that something bad could happen and I would not be notified. She is so tired out when she comes home from all the fun things they do with her!
The time they take with your dog and you. The staff was pleasant and made you feel welcomed. I also appreciated how they called me to keep me abreast of Denver’s grooming. The knowledge of the groomer is exceptional.
