They are always very accommodating with my dog ! He is scared of other dogs. They’re extra careful with him. My dog is a senior going on 13 years old and Rachel the groomer is very gentle with him and they make sure they get him in and out in a timely manner.
My dogs love The Dog Stop! Which is absolutely the most telling sign that they are doing a good job. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we feel comfortable that they are being well cared for when in daycare or boarding.
Madison is an excellent groomer. My standard Poodles look amazing after her grooming. She is so compassionate and caring. I trust her greatly with my boys. They love grooming day

The staff understood my concerns because I had never left my dog in a boarding situation and I was nervous. They were friendly and promised to take good care of her while I was traveling for work (10 days out of country). My dog tends to be timid and shy but when I came home, she seemed happy and content. I was worried that she would be hiding in a corner the whole time I was gone but instead, she made friends (humans & furry ones!)
My experience with The Dog Stop is great. We have a dog who has separation anxiety and needs a little extra care. While away the staff listens to our request and concerns and executes them as requested. We know while gone our dog is taken care of as if she was their own. Knowing that we trust them to make decisions and make sure she is looked after love and care. Wishing that updates from staff with photos was included with a long stay to make the ease of being gone easier.
The dogs were well cared for. The workers were very attentive to the dogs and kept chaos under control. My dog was heathy and happy when we returned to retrieve him after his boarding stay.
