The staff is always incredibly friendly with me and my fur baby. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure my fur baby has her medicine, has brief periods of fun in playtime in consideration of her physical limitations, and their communication is excellent as they keep me informed of any developments during my fur baby’s stay. Lthough staff seems to keep changing, all are friendly. I feel my dogs get good care there.
I love how calm and relaxed Willow is and I know she is looked after and loved a lot while she boards. I also enjoy that the take photos and send to me so I can see how she’s doing. They can also squeeze in a last minute boarding if need be! I’d recommend all my pet parent family and friends use the Dog Stop Carnegie!!

Every single staff member goes above and beyond to treat my dog, Mookie, like a superstar. From the moment we pull into the parking lot, Mookie's enthusiasm is palpable, and it's clear why—he’s showered with affection and care as soon as we step inside. The grooming services are equally impressive, leaving Mookie looking and feeling fabulous. I am so happy to have found a place where I KNOW my dog is adored and pampered.

I'm always a nervous wreck when I drop my dogs off anywhere. It's because one of them is special needs. It has been hard to find the right place and right people to take care of them. Dogstop staff put me at ease and answered all my questions. I was still nervous, but being able to see them play and sleep through the cameras made me feel a bit better. Great staff, clean place and I love the vibe. Thank you!
