We've been customers for about three years now. For the first time, we ran out of propane before the planned delivery date. This happened because we did not turn on the whole house heating system, due to unusually warm weather, but depended on a propane space heater during the colder nights, when the outside temperature dropped.
When we called the company, we got a delivery within a surprisingly short time, that allowed for an almost unnoticeable inconvenience. I was amazed at the response.
Also, there was no cost adjustment for the delivery, even though we were not scheduled for several more days. Since their whole delivery schedule was turned upside down by our need, I found that the most significant response to our special need. I appreciate the experience!
You seem to be consistent on auto delivery at around half fuel capacity making it much easier to pay the all time high price of fuel and Its always easy to find my delivery bill hanging neatly within a plastic sleeve from my front door knob.

We are new as Eastern Propane was merged into Yankee Propane via Superior. It's nice to know that local folks have been maintained and apparently just working under a new banner.
